All pricing is specified in formal proposals or contracts. Payments must be made according to agreed schedules. Late payments may incur administrative fees or temporary suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are only granted where explicitly defined in a written service agreement. Due to the customized and strategic nature of DRALIONEX services, completed work phases are non-refundable. Any refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of DRALIONEX.
DRALIONEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use or inability to use services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual notice requirements. DRALIONEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of breach, non-payment, misuse, or unlawful conduct.
All proprietary methodologies, systems, branding elements, and strategic frameworks remain the intellectual property of DRALIONEX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European and international commercial regulations. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts determined by DRALIONEX’s registered operational framework.
DRALIONEX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of dralionex.it.com after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
